3. Information we do not currently collect through a live app
DecorMatePro is not yet publicly available. We therefore do not currently operate live services for:
- User or team accounts.
- Customer databases or project records.
- Saved quotations, invoices or payment information.
- Room scans, property measurements or job-site photographs uploaded by app users.
- Subscription billing or card payments.
- Employee, operative or company-performance records within the app.

The location and transfer arrangements of cloud services can change, so these arrangements will be reviewed as the product and supplier relationships develop.

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, security or record-keeping requirements.
- Registration-interest details may be kept while DecorMatePro remains in development and while you continue to wish to receive relevant updates.
- General enquiries and correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period so we can respond, maintain context and manage follow-up actions.
- Security logs are normally controlled by the relevant hosting or security provider and retained according to operational and security needs.
You can ask to be removed from the registration-interest list or request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

The current website and registration-interest list are intended for adults, businesses and people connected with the painting and decorating industry. They are not designed to collect personal information from children.
14. External websites and communication services
The website contains links to third-party platforms and social-media services. When you use those services, the relevant provider controls its own processing under its own privacy information. DecorMatePro is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.
15. Future app functionality
Before launching public accounts or app services, this policy will be expanded to explain any processing involving customer records, property information, photographs, room measurements, quotations, invoices, team accounts, subscriptions, payments, device permissions, analytics and other app data.
New functionality will be reviewed to determine what information is genuinely required, why it is needed, how long it should be retained and which safeguards apply.
